EMS not without a Coach or Personal Trainer
EMS training should always be done with a trainer, personal trainer or coach who has the appropriate license. A trainer provides the necessary motivation, shows you appropriate exercises and knows your training goals. But the personal coach does a lot more – he watches your physical well-being and your performance moments. At some point in EMS training, you are reaching your physical limits. If EMS’s impulses are too strong then your EMS Trainer will turn them down – if they are too weak, turn them up. A trainer shows you exercises, workouts and gives you the necessary motivation to make the most of your EMS training in 20 minutes! He gives you confidence and security! So you can perform optimally and master the training together successfully.
