Dear valued customers, thank you for your kind support. Please take a moment to go through our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. The compress suit is specially made material for Impulse training. The material is designed for effective results. It is not included in our package price. You can purchase the compress suit or opt for comfort laundry; please refer to the price display in the studio
  2. All packages/sessions have validity.

1 session (single): 1 day

4 sessions = 1 month after the date of purchase.

10-15 sessions = 3 months after the date of purchase

20-30 sessions = 6 months after the date of purchase

40 sessions and above = 12 months after the date of purchase (and 6 months if it is shareable)

  1. All training sessions operate on a shared basis through slots. Booking one slot will result in the deduction of 1 pulse. The maximum slot capacity for guests per training session is 6, accompanied by an impulse specialist. For guests seeking individual training sessions, a usage of 6 pulses per session is applied. In case of no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within less than 8 hours, pulse deduction will occur as per our policy on late cancellation penalties.
  2. All guests must come 10-15 minutes earlier than the booking slot to give ample time to change into the compress suit and be suited up and ready to train on time. Arriving on the dot or past the booking time will be considered a late arrival and may resort to cancellation (if all the bookings are full)
  3. For trial guest that has consultations session is required to come 30 minutes earlier than the booking time to re-assess the goal and to answer any inquiries regarding the impulse journey.
  4. We recommend that the sessions be booked in advance to ensure your progress is on track.
  5. To schedule appointments, kindly send a WhatsApp text to our Customer Service number at 012-4023345 or email us at contact@impulse-studio.asia. We kindly request that you exclusively utilize this contact for booking purposes and avoid arranging appointments directly with trainers. Please note that any miscommunication resulting from direct communication with trainers will not be the responsibility of the company.
  6. To maintain a professional environment, we recommend that our clients avoid reaching out to our trainer specialists through their personal mobile numbers. Please note that any miscommunication arising from such contacts will not be the responsibility of the company.
  7. There is strictly no refund on the packages; however, the balance of active packages can be transferred to family and friends (please refer to #2). Transfer fees of rm150 apply.
  8. We will remind our guests through email and text messages. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide us with a valid email and contact number.
  9. Please note that all sessions must be used within the provided expiry date. Extensions to the expiry date are not possible. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that could impact your sessions, kindly notify us in writing beforehand. This will enable us to make the necessary adjustments and arrangements accordingly. Please also note that the management may require supporting documentation on a case-by-case basis for verification purposes.
  10. Impulse Studio reserves the right to make adjustments to the location as considered necessary.
