This is certainly the workout of the 21st Century. The more I do it, the more convinced I am of its benefits. I feel more energized after each session and I firmly believe this EMS training keeps one at optimum health. I feel my lower back pain reducing gradually and my lateral ligament injury slowly rehabilitated. This keeps me coming back for more for there is nothing more satisfying than being able to improve one's fitness without the frustrations associated with injury. It is gentle on the joints and ligaments without compromising the intensity, quality and effectiveness of the workout. And all you need is 20 minutes of your time!
