Trial EMS Session

What awaits you


  • Clarification on training objectives and health condition
  • 20 minutes of Impulse (EMS) Training
  • 5 minutes of Impulse massage
  • Sports attire, towels, shower gel are provided.
  • Soreness afterwards – is normal especially for unused muscles.

Checklist for Impulse Session


  • Eat 2 – 3 hours before exercise (eg. carbohydrates).
  • Drink sufficient amount of water at least 0.5 liters before exercise!
  • If you are unwell, please consult your doctor before proceed with Impulse (EMS) Training.
  • Due to some contraindications such as pregnancy and heart pacemaker, Impulse (EMS) Training is not possible.
  • Have a recovery period of at least 48 hours after an Impulse Session.
